H & T Medical Solutions, LLC is a privately held Michigan software company founded in 2007 by James B. Hughes, MD, and Thanh H. Tran, MSEE, to fill an observed deficiency in the quality of psychiatric documentation products.
The aim of H&T Medical Solutions is to impact the evolution of the medical-digital interface by joining the power of technology with an abiding respect for the history and art of the practice of psychiatry, using the simple elegance of design to make these advances accessible to the everyday physician.
H & T Medical Solutions’ software product, MentalNote Online (MNOL), will be the first Electronic Health Records for the behavioral health industry that will allow psychiatrists, psychologists and other behavioral health professionals to access their patient database online or offline.
