Operation ABLE of Michigan is hosting a free recruiting opportunity aimed at mid-career and older job seekers and those who are thinking about a career change and need to update their skills.
The fair will bring a variety of employers who are increasingly turning to these workers to fill positions. It is also an excellent opportunity to learn about entrepreneurship.
More than 1,500 experienced people 40 and older are expected to attend this fair. There is no fee to attend, and advanced registration is not required.
Workshops will be available to job seekers in:
- Entrepreneurship (led by TechTown)
- Critiquing resumes
- Networking
